  • Adapters normalise different protocols (OTA XML, REST, OIDC) into one internal booking structure.
  • PMS is the system of record; the API layer exposes one clean JSON structure — consumed by the widget today, and potentially by AI agents (ChatGPT App · UCP · OpenClaw, etc) tomorrow.
